How to Wash and Care for a Memory Foam Seat Cushion
A little care keeps a seat cushion comfortable and fresh for longer. Always check the care label first.
Wash the cover
Unzip the cover and remove the foam. The TushGuard cover is machine washable, so wash it on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and let it air dry.
Clean the foam core
Do not put the memory foam in the washing machine. Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry fully before putting the cover back on.
Avoid heat and sun
Direct sunlight and high heat can affect foam. Dry the cushion in a shaded, well-ventilated spot.
Store it flat
Keep the cushion flat and avoid heavy items on top so it keeps its shape.
